Using the Google Calendar Integration
Availability Checking
Once Google Calendar is connected, Meetn automatically checks your calendar for conflicts:
- Your existing calendar events are used to determine your availability
- Times that conflict with existing events are automatically blocked
- Guests only see times when you're actually available
Automatic Event Creation
When someone books a meeting with you:
- A calendar event is automatically created in your Google Calendar
- Both you and your guest receive calendar invitations
- If Zoom is not connected, Google Meet links are automatically added
What Meetn Does with Google Calendar
- Reads events: To check your availability and prevent double-bookings
- Creates events: To add booked meetings to your calendar
- Updates events: When meetings are rescheduled
- Deletes events: When meetings are cancelled
Removing the Google Calendar Integration
Disconnect from Meetn

- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu
- Navigate to the "External Calendars" section

You can also revoke Meetn's access directly from your Google account:

- Click "Remove Access"
- Confirm the removal
What Happens After Removal
- Meetn will no longer check your Google Calendar for availability
