Using the Zoom Integration
Automatic Meeting Links
Once Zoom is connected, Meetn will automatically create Zoom meeting links for your scheduled appointments:
- When someone books a meeting through your booking link, a Zoom meeting is automatically created
- Both you and your guest receive the Zoom meeting link in the calendar invitation
- The meeting link is also included in confirmation emails
Meeting Location Settings
You can configure meeting locations for each booking link:
- Go to your booking links in the Meetn dashboard
- Edit a booking link or create a new one
- Under "Meeting Location", select "Online Meeting"
- If Zoom is connected, your meetings will automatically use Zoom
- If Zoom is not connected, Google Meet will be used as a fallback
What Meetn Does with Zoom
- Creates meetings: Generates unique Zoom meeting links for each booking
- Sets meeting details: Configures meeting title, duration, and description
- Manages invitations: The Zoom link is added to calendar invites sent to participants

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does Meetn need access to my Zoom account?
Meetn needs access to create Zoom meeting links automatically when someone books an appointment with you. This saves you time and ensures every meeting has a video link ready.
Is my Zoom data secure?
Yes. We only request the minimum permissions needed to create meetings. We don't access your recordings, chat messages, or meeting history. Your OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted.
Can I use a free Zoom account?
Yes, Meetn works with both free and paid Zoom accounts. Keep in mind that free Zoom accounts have a 40-minute limit on group meetings.
What happens if I disconnect Zoom?
New bookings will use Google Meet instead (if you have Google Calendar connected). Existing meetings with Zoom links will continue to work normally.
Do I need to reconnect Zoom periodically?
No, once connected, Meetn maintains the connection automatically. You only need to reconnect if you manually disconnect or revoke access from your Zoom account.
